This route starts around 6:25am from Port Columbus and runs about every hour and 15 minutes. The last bus is scheduled to leave the airport at 9:29pm. The #52 COTA city bus ( COTA) leaves from the airport every hour and 15 minutes or so (beginning at 6:25am). It stops in front of Drackett Tower. This is the closest stop to the Symposium dorm check-in.
Go to the OSU map and see where Drackett Tower, 161 Curl Drive, is and then where Lane Avenue Residence Hall, 328 W. Lane Avenue, (LARH) is, you can make the decision for yourself whether you want to take the bus ($2.50, it's an express bus). The walk from Drackett Tower to LARH should take no more than 5 minutes.
From Drackett Tower you walk to Lane Avenue (the main street just north of Drackett) then west (left) on Lane Avenue to the LARH. So the decision is up to you. You can get walking directions from www.googlemaps.com
The shuttle will go from the airport and make a loop around campus. My understanding is that Drackett Tower is the second scheduled stop on the OSU campus. (Drackett Tower is 161 Curl Drive).
The COTA bus #52 can be caught outside the baggage claim area, across
the passenger pick-up area.
When I spoke to the COTA representative, she said the FARE IS $2.50 and should take about 1/2 hour.
