Accommodations

The check-in for dormitory accommodations is located in Royer Activity Center at 85 Curl Drive.

Royer Activity Center, phone number 614-292-9725, will open at 10:00 a.m. Sunday, June 21 and remain open 24 hours a day through the Symposium. If you wait until check-in to pay your dorm bill, the dorm does accept MasterCard/Visa. You will be expected to pay the post-May 15 rate of $52/night for single, $32/night for regular double and $31/night for student double.

If you would like accommodations on Saturday night, June 20, call the University Plaza Hotel. Identify yourself as being with the "OSUMSS" group to get the OSU discount. Pre-registration forms are available by thru this link in PDF or Word format.

• University Plaza Hotel , 3110 Olentangy River Rd., (614)267-7461, (614)263-5299 fax (OSU rate=$99+16.75%tax) Use the code OSUMSS when reserving your room on-line to receive the OSU rate. This block of rooms will be released after 5/30/09. NOTE: The University Plaza Hotel does NOT have airport shuttle service. They do have shuttle service to campus. Reserve shuttle time upon check-in.
• The Blackwell - We were able to secure a block of rooms at The Blackwell from June 20-24 (Saturday through Wednesday) this year. LOCATED ON CAMPUS: the corner of Tuttle Park Place and Woodruff Avenue; (866)247-4003; This is Ohio State's official hotel. (OSU rate $131+16.75%tax). Airport shuttle is available; NOTE: Please call ahead 48 hours if you would like airport shuttle service or make arrangements at the time you make your reservation; Be sure to mention you are with the "Molspect Conference" to get the OSU rate. This block of rooms will be released after 5/21/09. Valet parking is available.
• Hilton Garden 3232 Olentangy River Road, 614-263-7200, OSU rate ~$129 plus tax King bed or 2 queen beds, in-door pool.
• Baymont Inns and Suites , 3246 Olentangy River Rd., (614)267-4646 (King or Double room rate is $80.79 plus tax, AAA discount is available for $71.10)
• Fairfield Inn and Suites, 3031 Olentangy River Rd., (614)267-1111 (OSU rate available for $139 plus tax) 2 double beds or king.
• Red Roof Inn State Route 315 & Ackerman Rd., (614)267-9941 99.99 for Saturday June 20, dropping to $69.99 after 1 day plus tax, AAA discount available.
