Submitting an abstract does not preregister you.
Pre-registration forms and dormitory reservation forms are available by

in ASCII or WordPerfect6/7/8/9. (Better approach if you have a slow internet connection)

picture of the registration form which can be printed directly from
your browser. (Simpler approach if you have a fast internet
connection.) Please fill out the printed form and mail it to us with
your payment. If you are paying by check, we can only accept checks in U.S. funds drawn on a
U.S. bank. Anyone who finds this requirement impossible to fulfill
should contact the Symposium office directly.
In an effort to make it easier to pre-register, especially for those with currency exchange problems, we have an arrangement with the Ohio State dorms. You will be able to charge your entire pre-registration (conference and dorm fee) to your Visa or MasterCard credit card. For those few not pre-registering, you will be able to charge your dorm accommodations on site. You can also charge your Symposium registration fee at the Symposium registration desk in Smith Lab. We would encourage those for whom it does not represent a major inconvenience to continue to pay by check, as you realize that credit card use comes at a price to the Symposium.
We cannot accept credit card payment through the internet. Any registrations received after June 6 will be
processed as walk-ins.
If you would like accommodations on
Saturday night, June 14, call
either the Holiday Inn on the Lane at 614-294-4848 or
University Plaza Hotel at 614-267-7461. Identify yourself as being with the
Molecular Spectroscopy Symposium or "Molspect" to get the OSU discount. Room block
will be released after May 1.
Refunds must be requested in writing by Monday, June 9. NOTE:
Payments or reservations received after Friday, June 6 will be
processed as walk-ins.
NOTE: Credit card charges for registrations will be processed upon receipt (starting April 1); credit card charges for dorm rooms will be processed by the OSU Dormitories one week before the Symposium.
